NH Collection Curitiba celebrates New Year’s Eve 2026 with rooftop reception, international menu, open bar and Milk’n Blues show.

The NH Collection Curitiba welcomes 2026 with elegance, music and high gastronomy. The night brings together the hotel’s signature cuisine, the energy of Milk’n Blues and the sets of DJ Reh Freak, creating a full experience with open bar and a specially designed menu.
The celebration begins at 7:30 p.m. on the Five Lounge rooftop, with a welcome cocktail and an antipasti table featuring artisanal cold cuts, national and imported cheeses, homemade jams, honey with nuts and saffron, red fruits, honeycomb and naturally leavened breads.
Signature dinner and exclusive menu
From 8:30 p.m., the New Year’s Eve dinner will be served at Restaurante Trinitas. The menu, created by chef Silvonei Souza, highlights contemporary techniques and a selection of refined flavors. The night also features a special table by chef Liria Gabriel, celebrating Brazilian ingredients with creativity.
Starters include grilled heart of palm salad with tomato-basil jam, black tomato with buffalo mozzarella, melon with Speck prosciutto, crab finger food with coconut and cilantro emulsion and red lentils with pitaya vinaigrette.
The buffet offers assorted carpaccios, mini cod salad, avocado and dill ceviche, gravlax duet, sushi and sashimi station and an elegant table of cheeses and cold cuts.
Main dishes include pupunha risotto with meia cura cheese, lamb goulash with spices, Fiorentina-style snook fillet with lime velouté, mignon tournedos with wild mushrooms and demi-glace and grilled quail marinated in pomegranate sauce and chimichurri.
Vegetarian and vegan options include black rice with field tomatoes and broccoli, artisanal fettuccine with chickpea coulis, grain meatballs with caramelized onions and babaganoush and fruit fondue with hot chocolate. The live station features roasted pork with spices and mixed seafood moqueca.
Desserts and open bar
Desserts include chocolate tart with salted caramel, vanilla and strawberry choux cream, passionfruit ampoule with coconut and red fruits, hazelnut cannoli, mango strudel, cupuaçu mousse with honey praline and almond tart with dark chocolate. The experience ends with a tea and coffee station accompanied by petit-fours and seasonal truffles.
The open bar features red and white wines, sparkling wine, beer, soft drinks and water. The event costs R$ 840 + 10% per person, with free admission for children under six and a special rate of R$ 390 + 10% for ages six to twelve, including a full kids’ buffet.
