From onion soup to duck confit, French cuisine captivates global chefs. L’Entrecôte de Paris brings fine dining with a single-plate concept. It operates 14 restaurants and 20 delivery spots.
Locations span São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul, Minas Gerais, Goiás, Distrito Federal, and Portugal. Each 100m² venue seats up to 50 in a modern, cozy setting.
Appetizers and main course
Start with artisanal bread mix, warm with sea salt butter, confit tomato, and seasoned olive oil. Fromage Doré features herb-breaded brie, crispy outside and creamy inside, topped with red fruit jelly.
The star is sliced entrecôte with crunchy fries and a 21-ingredient secret sauce simmered for 36 hours. It recreates classic Parisian bistros.
Iconic French desserts
End with blueberry-lemon choux, crème brûlée, vanilla ice cream petit gâteau, pavlova with yellow fruit cream, or Mille Feuilles Eiffel.
