A 6-cm chef “cooks” on your table with 3D projections at Canopy by Hilton São Paulo Jardins, a Brazil-first immersive dinner starting February 4.
What Le Petit Chef is
The world’s tiniest chef has landed in São Paulo. At Canopy by Hilton São Paulo Jardins, Le Petit Chef turns dinner into a sensory show by pairing contemporary cuisine with 3D projection mapping.
In the character’s lore, he was “born” in April 2015 in Marseille, France. Since then, the miniature figure has toured globally, appearing right on guests’ tables through projections mapped onto the tabletop and surrounding objects for a near-holographic 3D effect, synced to a themed soundtrack.
Guests follow the mini chef’s culinary journey course by course. The format aims to delight both adults and kids, making the meal feel playful, interactive, and visually striking.
The concept was created by Skullmapping’s art directors. In São Paulo, the engagement is presented through a partnership between Canopy by Hilton São Paulo Jardins and 2Spicy Entertainment GmbH.
Menus, pricing, and format
The videos are the same for every menu option and reference the classic menu, keeping the storytelling consistent regardless of what you choose to eat.
There are four menus. The Premium menu is R$720.00 per person + 13% service, featuring buffalo mozzarella, a dourado bouillabaisse, slipper lobster or lobster Thermidor, grilled filet mignon, and a vanilla parfait with berries, whipped cream, chocolate, and pistachio.
The Classic menu is R$650.00 per person + 13% service, starting with buffalo mozzarella and continuing with dourado bouillabaisse, Thermidor-style shrimp, grilled ancho steak, and the same vanilla-parfait dessert.
The Vegetarian menu is R$690.00 per person + 13% service, with burrata, pumpkin-ginger soup with Brazilian nuts, eryngui mushroom risotto with Tulha cheese and truffle oil, grilled heart of palm, and dessert finished with a Port-wine reduction.
For kids, the Junior menu is R$350.00 per person + 13% service, with buffalo mozzarella, tomato soup with croutons, breaded fish sticks with fries and tartar sauce, grilled ribeye, and a vanilla parfait for dessert.
