Air Canada ranks among top diversity employers again

For the eighth time in a decade, Air Canada has been named one of Canada’s Best Diversity Employers, reaffirming its commitment to inclusion and equity.

The airline once again earned recognition from Mediacorp as one of Canada’s Best Diversity Employers 2026, honoring organizations that foster inclusive workplaces for women, racial minorities, Indigenous peoples, people with disabilities, and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.

Meloul-Wechsler emphasized that the award reflects collaborative efforts across teams, leaders, and community partners working to build a fair and inclusive future where everyone feels they belong.
