Track&Field releases “One Breath,” a mini-doc filmed in Bonito, Brazil, where freediving, yoga, and silence become tools for real transformation.
Brazilian sportswear brand Track&Field has taken a bold step into storytelling with the release of “One Breath”, a short documentary that follows Paula Corrêa as she discovers freediving — and herself — in the crystal-clear waters of Bonito, Mato Grosso do Sul, one of Brazil’s premier ecotourism destinations.
A dive as a metaphor for change
“One Breath” is not a sports film in the traditional sense. The freediving sequences serve as emotional anchors in a broader narrative about courage, stillness, and self-discovery. Paula’s journey unfolds across some of Bonito’s most breathtaking natural landmarks: Lagoa Misteriosa, Abismo Anhumas, Gruta do Mimoso, Fazenda Ceita Corê, and Rio Azul.
Each underwater scene does more than showcase stunning scenery. It maps a shift in consciousness — the kind that happens when you hold your breath and let go of everything else.
