Restaurant experience takes center stage at Acelera Food Nation 2026, bringing major food service leaders to São Paulo from June 16 to 18.
From June 16 to 18, Vibra São Paulo will host the fifth edition of Acelera Food Nation 2026, now established as one of Brazil’s leading gatherings for the sector. In its last edition, the event brought together more than 1,000 food business entrepreneurs looking for growth, innovation and transformation.
As competition intensifies, margins tighten and consumers become more demanding, the event argues for a strategic shift. Rather than competing only on product, restaurants need to operate with a stronger focus on experience, hospitality and execution.
“The customer may forget what they ate, but they will never forget how they felt. Real hospitality does not come from goodwill alone. It comes from systematization, with clear processes, training and active leadership,” says Marcelo Politi, founder of Politi Academy and creator of Food Nation.
The experience era in food service
Under the theme “The Era of Experience”, the event highlights that memorable experiences do not happen by chance. Instead, they result from operational excellence, structured culture and teams prepared to deliver consistency.
According to the event’s proposal, this mindset can reshape the entire business. As a result, restaurants can build more engaged teams, earn stronger customer loyalty and rely less on the owner’s constant presence in day-to-day operations.
“The restaurant that understands its role as restoring people, not just feeding them, stops being just a business and starts building a legacy,” Politi adds.
Who is on the Acelera Food Nation 2026 lineup
The program brings together leading names from Brazilian food service and the international market. Confirmed speakers include Preston Lee, known for customer experience expertise; Lucas Profeta, a sales specialist and entrepreneur with multiple operations; Rafael Medeiros, a Brazilian reference in time management and productivity; Jean Paul, founder of Eatopia; Pedro Leite, CEO of Grupo Azilados; Gabriel Carvalho, CEO of Heat Group and former global executive at Burger King; and Telma Shimizu, a major name in Japanese gastronomy in Brazil and a cultural ambassador.
More than a business event, Acelera Food Nation 2026 positions itself as a movement of entrepreneurs who see restaurants as agents of transformation. The idea is to expand the impact of these businesses beyond financial results and into people’s lives.
