The two brands picked Carnival to launch their first-ever campaign together. Running through the end of the festivities, the activation introduces three combos built around how people actually celebrate — from hitting street parties early to staying in with comfort food — and all deals are exclusive to the 99Food app.

Alongside the combos, the campaign includes up to 50% off selected items and an interactive app experience. When users open the app, they choose their “Carnival mode” via on-screen banners and get taken straight to matching offers.

Three combos, three vibes

Online, each combo is tied to a different Carnival persona and promoted by a roster of digital influencers assembled for the campaign, led by creators Lucas Guedes and Rapha Vicente.

“Sofá eu Quero” (“Couch, please”) speaks to homebodies, featuring a McOferta with either a McChicken or Cheeseburger, plus medium fries and an Ovomaltine McFlurry.

“Cedo eu to lá” (“I’ll be there early”) targets street-party fans. Customers can choose a Big Mac, Double Burger Bacon, or McChicken, paired with medium fries and a 400ml drink.

For gamers on their days off, “Farmar eu Vou” (“Time to grind”) bundles options like a Cheeseburger, Chicken Jr., medium fries or an apple or banana pie, plus a 400ml drink.

What the brands say

Where and when

The promotion runs until Feb 18 in every city where 99Food operates.

Digital and streaming rollout

The campaign also expands into digital and streaming channels, including placements on Meta, TikTok, Prime Video, and Twitch.

99’s Carnival beyond delivery

The celebration isn’t limited to the app. 99Food is the official delivery partner of Rio Carnaval 2026, backing major moments like the Sapucaí parades and the Copacabana beach fan fest for public viewing.

Meanwhile, 99’s street-block sponsorships include a first: bringing Ivete Sangalo to Carnival in Brazil’s Southeast. The brand ambassador led the “SeráQPede” block in Rio de Janeiro and 99’s “Quem Pede, Pede” block in São Paulo. The company also sponsored Salvador’s Bloco Coruja, traditionally fronted by the singer.
