Fashion, music and celebrities on the avenue

From February 13 to 17, Camarote Alma Rio established itself as the most sophisticated gathering point at Marquês de Sapucaí. A carefully curated soundtrack blending electronic music and Brazilian soul set the tone for a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere that drew both local and international celebrities.

In addition to Marina Ruy Barbosa — the camarote’s official ambassador — the space welcomed Matt Smith, Sophie Charlotte, Camila Coutinho, Francisco Gil, Rodrigo Simas and Agatha Moreira. Each guest arrived in looks that embodied the fashion-forward spirit of Rio Carnival.

JOHN JOHN designs the official abadá

As the edition’s official sponsor, JOHN JOHN designed the Alma Rio official abadá — the festive outfit worn by guests — bringing the brand’s aesthetic identity directly onto the avenue. The partnership reinforces JOHN JOHN’s connection to fashion, music and celebration at one of Brazil’s most iconic cultural events.

The move positions JOHN JOHN as a key reference where fashion meets popular culture, extending its premium presence well beyond the runway.

Grand finale on Champions’ Saturday

Camarote Alma Rio returns to Marquês de Sapucaí on February 21 for the traditional Sábado das Campeãs — Champions’ Saturday — closing out its 2026 edition with one final night of glamour and celebration on the avenue.
