Rio Carnival 2026 is also setting the stage for inclusion. Instituto Cidades Invisíveis and the iconic Camarote Nº1 have announced a first-of-its-kind partnership designed to turn Sapucaí visibility into direct support for community-based projects.

Exclusive pieces, 100% social impact

During the samba school parades from Feb 13–17, and again at the Champions’ Parade on Feb 20–21, guests at Camarote Nº1 will be able to buy exclusive items created by designer Bruno Gomes. All proceeds go straight to Instituto Cidades Invisíveis, strengthening the initiative’s focus on social impact at the height of Carnival season.

Items will be sold at the Camarote Nº1 check-in area—where guests pick up their shirts—at Hotel Prodigy Santos Dumont in downtown Rio, near Santos Dumont Airport.

The author-led collection includes bucket hats, T-shirts, caps, and tote-style ecobags made in Florianópolis. Prints highlight Brazilian identity and cultural diversity, while the project emphasizes local production and tangible outcomes for social programs.

Available beyond the venue

Not attending the lounge? The collection will also be available through the partnership’s digital channels. Camarote Nº1 will share the drop on its social media (@cluben1) and on the official Nº1 app, featuring partner banners and feed content about the collaboration.

Products will also be sold via Instituto Cidades Invisíveis’ store, extending fundraising beyond parade nights: https://cidadesinvisiveis.com.br/

“Parade for all” opens seats to 300 residents

On Saturday, Feb 14, Camarote Nº1 will host a cultural inclusion action. A total of 300 residents from Vidigal (Rio de Janeiro) and Preventório (Niterói) will attend the Group Access parade from the front-row frisas seating area, expanding access to one of Brazil’s biggest cultural expressions.

The action connects to Cidades Invisíveis’ year-round presence in these communities, offering boxing, dance, yoga, cooking, computer classes, tutoring, and sewing. The programs serve thousands of children and teenagers, encouraging pathways through education, sport, and culture.

“Pela primeira vez, vamos abrir o Camarote durante o desfile do grupo de acesso para um momento que celebra a cultura do Carnaval carioca. O Cidades Invisíveis já faz um trabalho incrível nessa conexão entre a comunidade e as mais diferentes manifestações artísticas, e nos unimos a eles para promover esse momento especial”, conta Marcio Esher, sócio do Camarote Nº1.
