Samba by the pool, costume-contest balls, and live music at dinner: Hotel Glória Caxambu reveals its Carnival 2026 full-board package.

With samba circles and live bands setting the pace, Hotel Glória Caxambu is lining up a busy Carnival break. The 5-day, 4-night package brings entertainment for adults and kids, supervised activities, pool-area parties, and themed balls—including a costume contest.

Também teremos música ao vivo todos os dias no jantar e uma equipe de monitores para atividades com crianças e adultos. Para aqueles que querem relaxar o hotel possui o Balneário “Las Águas” (banhos, massagens, sauna e duchas), que é uma opção excelente para quem deseja restaurar as energias no feriado”, acrescenta ele.

According to Alexandre Moura, the hotel’s Lodging Manager, the program was strengthened this year to keep guests engaged throughout the holiday. For those who prefer a slower rhythm, the “Las Águas” spa area offers baths, massages, sauna, and showers.

What to expect at Carnival 2026

The Carnival schedule combines live music, balls for adults and children, and a costume contest. Meanwhile, activity monitors run games and group moments across the day, which helps families balance fun and downtime.

Hotel Glória Caxambu facilities

Between events, guests can use pools with a waterslide, a fitness center, game and reading rooms, a baby pantry, valet parking, and free Wi‑Fi. The hotel also lists a pub bar with billiards, a multi-sport court, and rental options such as wheelchairs, strollers, and adult walkers.

Across from Caxambu’s Parque das Águas

Location plays a big role here: Hotel Glória Caxambu sits right in front of Parque das Águas, described as the world’s largest hydro-mineral complex. The park features 12 mineral, sparkling, and medicinal springs, each with different properties.

One highlight is the Geyser—presented as the only one in Brazil. In Caxambu, it erupts sulfurous mineral water, can reach up to eight meters high, and averages 27º C.

Visitors can also ride a cable car to Morro de Caxambu, enjoy a mineral-water pool and spa, and use leisure areas such as tennis and volleyball courts, a skating rink, a walking and running track, and playgrounds.
