The bar will be open all weekend, featuring a special lunch menu with 46 dish options — exactly what you need before dancing through the streets. The cocktail menu and signature drinks set the festive mood long before the music starts. Prefer a more relaxed experience? Carola’s two floors and rooftop offer a cozy escape with a front-row view of Rua Fernando de Albuquerque, where revelers and street blocks parade by. Sharing Platters and Zodiac Drinks

The Festival de Porções — a Brazilian-style sharing platter rotation — features 12 items: chicken strips, spiced sausage with onions, french fries, polenta, meat pastry, cheese pastry, fried cassava, pork crackling, cassava bites with cheese, rice balls with cheese, cassava bites with dried beef, and fried chicken pieces. On the drinks side, the Zodiac series is a crowd favorite: 12 signature cocktails, one crafted for each star sign.
