On Saturday (21), Brazilian influencer, actress, and entrepreneur Jade Picon attended the Champions Parade of Rio de Janeiro’s Carnival at the iconic Marquês de Sapucaí sambadrome in a look curated by Hering. The outfit was a statement in favor of the brand’s signature concept, “Básico do Brasil” (Brazil’s Basic), which champions essential, timeless pieces rooted in everyday Brazilian life.

A Classic Tee and Denim at the Heart of Carnival

The centerpiece of Jade’s look was the official Nosso Camarote T-shirt, showing how a simple basic piece can take on a whole new character without losing its core identity. She paired it with high-waisted denim shorts featuring a flattering silhouette and fully functional pockets — effortlessly stylish and practical.

Denim is one of Hering’s most iconic symbols. It encapsulates the brand’s easygoing, no-fuss lifestyle philosophy — equally at home on a casual weekday or under the lights of the sambadrome.

“I always start from the basics — that’s what makes sense to me. The idea was to bring that identity to Carnival with personality and a touch of sparkle. I wanted to show that basics can reinvent themselves and find a whole new energy at Sapucaí.” — Jade Picon

Hering Also Brought Grazi Massafera to the Sambadrome

Hering’s Carnival presence extended beyond the Champions Parade. On the first night of the official samba school competition, the brand brought actress Grazi Massafera to Sapucaí in a full sequined ensemble. The contrast between the two looks highlighted Hering’s versatility — moving seamlessly from iconic basics to bold, high-impact Carnival fashion.

144 Years Woven Into Brazilian Culture

Founded in September 1880 in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, by brothers Hermann and Bruno Hering, the brand stands as one of Brazil’s oldest and most iconic clothing labels. Over 144 years, it has grown from underwear and socks into a benchmark of quality and timeless style, through its Hering, Hering Intimates, Hering Sports, and Hering Kids lines.

Committed to sustainability — including Atlantic Forest preservation and B Corp certification — Hering joined the apparel and lifestyle conglomerate AZZAS 2154 in 2024. More at www.hering.com.br
