Singer Marvvila, a rising pagode star and rare female voice in the genre, leads the fun. Known from The Voice and BBB 23, she delivers carnival energy and hits that get everyone moving.
Next, Acadêmicos do Grande Rio’s battery brings Sapucaí’s raw samba beat. A DJ wraps up, keeping the party alive into the evening.
Feijoada by Executive Chef Jérôme Dardillac
Executive chef Jérôme Dardillac curates the spread. Start with inventive salads like lentils with smoked salmon and green apple. Hot buffet stars classic feijoada with jerked beef, smoked ribs, sausage, loin, rice, farofa, and bacon-laced collards.
Add grilled chicken émincé in Café de Paris sauce and potato crush. Vegan feijoada option included. Desserts shine with Fairmont milk pudding, chocolate brigadeiro cake, coconut custard, passion fruit coconut candy, and fruit mousse.
Open bar offers caipirinhas by Cassiano Melo, beers, juices, and water for total indulgence.
