Hungria and Kannalha lead historic street party on Friday night (13), marking the largest crowd ever recorded at the opening of Aracati Carnival 2026.Friday night (13) became a milestone in the history of Aracati Carnival 2026. More than 100,000 revelers flooded the parade corridor, following sound trucks that took over the avenue in one of the largest crowd mobilizations ever recorded at the beginning of the program, which started last Wednesday (11) with the traditional Maranatá Block.The night’s highlights were performances by Hungria and Kannalha, who led massive street parties and energized the crowd with repertoires mixing national hits and tracks dominating sound systems and playlists across the country.
Economy and tourism boost
Aracati’s mayor, Roberta de Bismarck, celebrated the night’s success and highlighted the event’s impact on the city.

Saturday’s lineup continues
The crowd is expected to keep growing throughout the weekend. This Saturday (14), the avenue program continues from 9 PM with shows by Aldynha Ferraz, Marcos Lessa, and among the night’s highlights, Matheus Fernandes and Daniela Mercury, who will perform on sound trucks along the avenue.Beyond the main city, the Majorlândia district also hosts attractions throughout the day, with performances by Larissa Leite and Japinha, expanding the musical diversity and reach of the official Aracati Carnival 2026 program.With eight days of celebration and 44 attractions distributed across various locations, the municipality projects welcoming around 400,000 people throughout the carnival period, establishing the event as one of the largest in Northeast Brazil.
