During the samba school parades, the group Pixote thrilled audiences at Rio Praia Box with romantic pagode classics on Carnival Monday (16).
Monday of Carnival 2026 had a nostalgic atmosphere at the venue located at Marquês de Sapucaí. Pixote took over the stage during the parades, bringing together hits that span generations and connect different audiences.
“Insegurança” (Insecurity), “Mande um Sinal” (Send a Sign), “Brilho de Cristal” (Crystal Shine) and “Fissura” (Craving) were sung in chorus by guests who packed the box. The show reinforced the strong presence of romantic pagode in Rio’s Carnival lineup.
Samba do JB and Casa de Marimbondo also guaranteed the traditional samba circle atmosphere inside the space, keeping alive the essence of the musical genre that is the hallmark of the celebration.
