Rio’s iconic post-Carnival energy finds a new home this Saturday, February 21, at Arena Errejota, inside the Shopping Metropolitano Barra. The Samba da Quinzena — the most beloved fortnightly samba circle in Barra da Tijuca — hosts a special Carnival hangover edition, blending live music, food, and the laid-back spirit that defines carioca culture.
The event runs from 3 PM to 11 PM in a fully covered outdoor space, offering comfort regardless of the weather. Admission is free until 6 PM, making it an easy choice for families and groups looking to extend the festivities without breaking the bank.
Live Samba and Pagode All Night
The stage features a lineup that spans traditional samba de raiz, pagode classics, and contemporary hits — mixing established names with emerging talent. The result is a setlist that keeps the dance floor moving from afternoon to late night.
Beyond the music, Arena Errejota provides a wide range of food and drink options, creating the perfect setting for post-Carnival celebrations. The event is organized by Vibe Carioca Eventos, the production company behind the Samba da Quinzena’s growing reputation in Rio’s West Zone.
