Brazilian country star rocks exclusive Levi’s outfit with rhinestones and fringes to lead free carnival block that drew half a million revelers in 2024.
Singer Lauana Prado, pregnant with her first child, chose an all-denim Levi’s look to lead the second edition of CarnaLau Block this Saturday, February 14, at Ibirapuera Park in São Paulo. The exclusive production, styled by Erick Maia, combines a bodysuit with the iconic Levi’s logo in rhinestones, patchwork hot pants in different washes with frayed finish, cropped fringed vest, and over-the-knee platform boots in denim with sparkling applications. A western hat in the same material completes the ensemble.
With details that emphasize texture, shine and movement, the choice translates the timeless DNA of denim into a proposal designed for the intensity of carnival revelry. The composition combines comfort, personality and visual impact, reinforcing the versatility of the material in a festive context.
This is a very special moment in my life, so everything I choose to wear also carries that meaning. Denim has that timeless strength, but at the same time gives me comfort and freedom to experience Carnival the way I love it, right there among the crowd, dancing, jumping, feeling the energy of the revelers up close. This look captures who I am on stage: an authentic, intense woman, connected to music and people. Lauana Prado
