Beyond Mobile Shade, the operation includes hydration trucks positioned at strategic points near major street parties, with free potable water distribution [1]. Promoters equipped with spray backpacks circulate among the crowd, offering thermal relief during moments of greatest concentration [1]. At Cordão do Bola Preta, held on Saturday (Feb 14), more than 25,000 doses of sunscreen were applied and 2,600 gallons (10,000 liters) of water were sprayed on revelers [6].
