Sabrina Sato officially kicked off Carnival 2026 with a look that elevated costume to the realm of wearable art. The Brazilian presenter appeared in a Schiaparelli bodysuit evoking a haute couture elf, with her entire body covered in illusory tattoos — a choice blending surrealism and fashion architecture.
The piece from the French maison was constructed as a second skin, featuring strategic cutouts and three-dimensional applications that shaped the body as living sculpture. The meticulous work reinforced the surrealist signature of the brand founded by Elsa Schiaparelli, transforming revelry into aesthetic manifesto.
Hair couture completes the narrative
To complete the production, Sabrina chose a wig by Jean Baptiste, an international brand renowned for high-performance wigs. Frequently seen in fashion editorials, red carpets and fantasy productions, the label stands out for its artisanal finishing and bespoke creations.
Art direction was handled by Jean Labanca, while stylist Pedro Sales curated the look. Makeup and hair were developed by Krisna Carvalho, with nails by Roberta Muniz completing the details.
