Influencer Teresa Rachel debuts at Unidos de Padre Miguel wearing a designer dress by Daisy Abreu.
Digital influencer and cosmetics brand ambassador Teresa Rachel will make her Rio Carnival debut as a float highlight for the Unidos de Padre Miguel samba school. Her outfit, designed by Daisy Abreu and valued at over R$30,000, caught the public’s attention during the samba night at the school’s headquarters.
“I’ve admired Rio’s Carnival for a long time, always watching the parades at Sapucaí. The invitation came at the perfect moment,” said 23-year-old Teresa.
Teresa is an accomplished dancer with international experience, having competed in Orlando, USA. With samba in her DNA, she comes from a family of Carnival lovers in Ceará. Her grandfather, a leading figure and former president and singer of the Império Ideal samba school, inspired her passion for the art.
To shine on the Sapucaí runway, Teresa has intensified her physical preparation and started samba lessons with Dedê Marinho, Queen of Drums at Unidos de Padre Miguel.
“I’ve been doing alternating classes, both online and in person. Even with just one month left, I’m giving my all to perform at my best,” shared Teresa.
