VerdeRosa links tourism to samba roots
The VerdeRosa Cultural Experience – I’m in Rio, I’m in samba brings travel agents, guides and influencers to Mangueira’s quadra. It aims to turn samba school rehearsals into staple tourist products.
Guests enjoy guided immersion: welcome, history lesson and full rehearsal with drums, community chants and art sectors.
Rehearsal schedule
10pm: Welcome drink in exclusive lounge. 10:30pm: Guided quadra tour. 11pm: Shows by bahianas, Old Guard, passistas and more.
Midnight: 2026 samba-enredo debut and community wings practice.
