Universal Pictures has opened ticket presales for “Five Nights at Freddy’s 2”, the anticipated follow-up to the horror film based on Scott Cawthon’s successful game series. The first film attracted nearly 3 million moviegoers in 2023, and fans can now secure their tickets through their preferred theater chain.

Premiere set for December 4
Produced by Blumhouse, the film premieres on December 4 in Brazilian cinemas and marks the return of director Emma Tammi, known for “Five Nights at Freddy’s – O Pesadelo Sem Fim” and “Terra Assombrada”. The production is led by Jason Blum, of “M3GAN”, alongside Scott Cawthon.
The story follows Mike Schmidt (Josh Hutcherson), who faces financial struggles and takes a job as a night guard at the now-closed family restaurant Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza.

The film is distributed by Universal Pictures and will be available in cinemas on December 4, including accessible versions.
