Paramount Pictures releases a new trailer for “SpongeBob: Search for SquarePants,” premiering in theaters on December 25.
The new trailer for “SpongeBob: Search for SquarePants” has been released on Paramount Pictures’ social media channels. The preview highlights Mr. Krabs, Squidward, Patrick Star and other characters cherished by generations.
The film opens in theaters on December 25 and follows SpongeBob as he tries to prove he is a “big guy.” To impress Mr. Krabs, he decides to follow the Flying Dutchman, a mysterious ghost pirate. This mission leads SpongeBob on a maritime adventure that takes him to the deep sea, a place no other sponge has ever reached.
The production is directed by Derek Drymon and is a partnership between Paramount Animation, Nickelodeon Movies, Domain Entertainment and MRC.
