“Wicked: Part II” opens at UCI in IMAX, XPLUS, DE LUX and 4DX, while “Predator: Savage Lands” offers promotional tickets.
One of the year’s most anticipated films, Wicked: Part II arrives at UCI cinemas this week and becomes even more unmissable in the network’s premium formats. With IMAX, XPLUS, VIP DE LUX and 4DX sessions, audiences dive into the magical universe of Oz with sound and image that match the scale of the production starring Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo.
IMAX rooms feature giant curved screens, high-definition projection and powerful sound, ideal for the film’s vibrant visuals. XPLUS rooms focus on immersive audio, using dozens of DOLBY ATMOS® speakers placed throughout the theater to create three-dimensional sound.
VIP DE LUX rooms offer comfort and exclusivity with reclining seats, personalized service and a gourmet menu. The 4DX rooms, available at UCI New York City Center (Rio de Janeiro) and UCI Anália Franco (São Paulo), go beyond the screen with more than 20 sensory effects combined with motion seats.
This week, the network also highlights special promotions. The hit Predator: Savage Lands is UCI’s Movie of the Week and offers special prices from November 20 to 26. With more than 280,000 viewers, tickets will cost R$ 11.50 (Monday to Wednesday) and R$ 13 (Thursday to Sunday), always at half-price rates.
Other highlights include Silvio Santos Vem Aí, starring Leandro Hassum; The Survivor, starring Glenn Powell; and the anime Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution. Titles such as The Secret Agent, Now You See Me: The 3rd Act and The Bad Boy and Me remain in theaters.
UCI has also opened pre-sales for highly anticipated upcoming releases, including Zootopia 2, Avatar: Fire and Ash and Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, as well as concert films from MONSTA X, SEVENTEEN, Rolling Stones and a performance of The Nutcracker by the Paris Opera. Members of the UCI Unique program pay half-price on any day and session and receive a complimentary ticket when registering, valid Monday through Thursday, including holidays. The chain also offers promotions for all audiences: Monday Mania brings reduced prices on Mondays in selected theaters; Super Meia ensures special values from Monday to Wednesday (or Thursday, depending on the cinema); and Ticket Família offers discounted combos for 2 adults and 2 children in Rio de Janeiro and Recife.
