UCI opens ticket sales for Avatar: The Fire and the Ashes, premiering December 18 in IMAX, XPLUS, VIP DE LUX, and 4DX theaters.
Starting December 1, UCI launched the pre-sale for Avatar: The Fire and the Ashes, the third installment of James Cameron’s blockbuster franchise. The film debuts on December 18 and will be screened in IMAX, XPLUS, VIP DE LUX, and 4DX auditoriums across the network. Tickets are available at the UCI website and box offices nationwide.
Immersive cinema experiences
Fans can enjoy Pandora’s cinematic world in one of UCI’s premium formats. IMAX theaters offer massive curved screens, ultra-high-definition projection, and immersive sound to enhance the epic visuals of James Cameron’s universe.
XPLUS theaters feature Dolby Atmos immersive audio, delivering three-dimensional sound with dozens of speakers placed throughout the room. VIP DE LUX auditoriums combine luxury with comfort through reclining seats, personalized service, and a gourmet menu. Meanwhile, 4DX theaters in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo take the experience beyond the screen with motion seats and more than 20 sensory effects such as wind, rain, and scents.

Three years after the success of Avatar: The Way of Water, which won the 2023 Oscar for Best Visual Effects and became the third highest-grossing film of all time, the new movie explores Pandora’s volcanic biomes. The story follows Jake (Sam Worthington) and Neytiri (Zoe Saldaña) as they face the Ash People, a fierce fire-wielding Na’vi tribe led by the powerful Varang, played by Oona Chaplin.
