AquaRio will offer a special program on November 29 and 30, featuring a mermaid who will tell stories, pose for photos and interact with children. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the venue will receive thematic decoration to create a playful experience that connects literature and environmental education.

During the sessions, the mermaid will read “Leo and the Whale”, by Benji Davies, and “Suvaco – En una playa buena para cachorro”, by Jana del Favero. The first book tells the sensitive journey of a boy who finds a whale after a storm and experiences a story about friendship and farewells, reinforcing the importance of caring for the ocean. The second presents Suvaco, a curious dog who meets marine animals and learns about their habits and challenges, encouraging children’s curiosity about marine life.

The program takes place alongside the Black Friday promotion, which reduces ticket prices from R$160 to R$99 until November 30. The offer is valid nationwide, exclusively for advance purchases on the website, with official ID required, and only for visits within the promotional period.

Visitors taking advantage of the promotion can explore attractions such as the Axolotl Kingdom, on the 3rd floor, and the immersive route through 26,000 square meters and 4.5 million liters of water that house around 10,000 animals from 350 species. In the Great Ocean Tank, guests feel as if they are walking on the ocean floor, while underwater tunnels and touch areas bring the public closer to biodiversity.

The circuit also includes the Wax Museum, the Mirror Sea, and the Globo Experience (GEX), which remain open to visitors but are not part of the Black Friday promotion. These attractions expand entertainment options within the complex.
