Blue Note SP lights up with MPB4 and Black Rio

Blue Note São Paulo delivers a vibrant week with MPB4, Vincen Garcia, and Banda Black Rio, merging jazz, MPB, and funk on one stage.

The acclaimed venue at Conjunto Nacional on Paulista Avenue presents a program that celebrates musical diversity. From February 24 to March 1, the Blue Stage welcomes artists who move freely between samba, jazz, funk, and modern Brazilian music.

MPB4 marks 60 years of music

On Thursday (26), at 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., the legendary group MPB4 celebrates its 60th anniversary with a special show in São Paulo. The concert features songs from their latest album by Biscoito Fino with guest artists such as Chico Buarque, Milton Nascimento, and Edu Lobo, blending timeless hits and new pieces that honor Brazilian Popular Music.

Vincen Garcia debuts in Latin America

On Friday (27), Spanish bassist Vincen Garcia, one of the top names in modern jazz and funk, performs his Latin American debut. With his acclaimed album Ventura, Garcia brings the energy of cities like Paris, New York, and Tokyo to São Paulo’s Blue Note stage.

Banda Black Rio brings timeless groove

Saturday night (28), at 10:30 p.m., the iconic Banda Black Rio takes over with the show Clássicos BBR, featuring songs from their albums Movimento, Maria Fumaça, and O Som das Américas. Expect a journey through Brazilian funk, samba, and soul.

Simón Cifuentes’ jazz debut in São Paulo

Just 13 years old, Simón Cifuentes will perform on Tuesday (24) at 10:30 p.m. with Jazz & Colombian Roots. Blending jazz harmonies with rhythms like cumbia and pajarillo, the young prodigy bridges generations through his bass performance and authentic Latin influences.
