The show “Esperança de Natal” blends music, theater and gastronomy in a festive experience at the iconic Casa Julieta de Serpa.
The Christmas spirit has taken over Casa Julieta de Serpa, which presents its celebrated Christmas Musical Tea featuring the performance “Esperança de Natal.” The event combines fine dining, live music and theatrical storytelling in an immersive multisensory experience.
Beloved by locals and tourists alike, the production debuted with an exclusive session for 50 guests invited by tour guide Denise Vareda. Running until December 21, the show merges the charm of the venue’s traditional afternoon tea with festive scenography, elegant costumes and a musical repertoire celebrating love, unity and hope.
Directed by Carlos Alberto Serpa with costumes by Beth Serpa, the performance enchants audiences with its delicate aesthetics and arrangements by Cyrano Sales. Production is led by Talita Silveira and João Saraiva, with scenography and styling by Rogério Madruga.
The cast includes Tatty Caldeira, Fernanda Misailidis, Gabriel Senra and Leo Iglesias, accompanied by musicians Cyrano Sales, Waleska Araújo, Luiz de Urjaiss and Xandão Viana, inviting the audience on a heartwarming journey of nostalgia and joy.
