The Cecierj Foundation has opened the application window for candidates to the Cederj 2026.2 entrance exam to request exemption from the registration fee, pre-register for quota spots, Affirmative Action places, and reserved seats for public school teachers. All requests must be submitted online by April 5, 2026.

Applications must be submitted at: https://www.cecierj.edu.br/consorcio-cederj/vestibular/2026-2/

Who Can Apply for a Fee Waiver

The fee waiver covers all courses and participating institutions, according to the official rules. Approved applicants are exempt from the R$ 95.50 registration fee charged for general admission candidates.

Students enrolled in the Cecierj Social Pre-Vestibular program who have attended at least 70% of classes are automatically exempt — provided they do not apply for quota or Affirmative Action spots. Those wishing to compete for these special places must complete the pre-registration form within the deadlines set by the official notice.

Key Dates

Results for waiver and quota applications will be published on April 27, 2026 on the official exam page. Approved candidates must complete their enrollment by May 17. Those whose waiver was denied have until May 18 to pay the registration fee.

General open admission registrations run from April 6 to May 17, 2026. The exam is coordinated by the Cecierj Foundation and administered by Coseac/UFF — the Academic Selection Office of the Universidade Federal Fluminense.

Available Courses

Seventeen semi-presential undergraduate programs are on offer, spanning bachelor’s degrees, teaching licenses, and technology degrees:
