Mais do Mesmo kicks off the season

On April 3, the band Mais do Mesmo launches its tour “1 Minute of Silence, 2 Hours of Music – 30 Years Without Renato Russo”, celebrating the legacy of Legião Urbana’s legendary frontman.

Daniel Cruz and the color of Brazilian sound

On April 4, Daniel Cruz presents “A Cor do Som”, honoring black Brazilian icons like Tim Maia, Gilberto Gil, and Paulinho da Viola. With Jay V. on clarinet, the show explores rhythm, history, and identity through sound.

DragStar’s 13th season ignites the stage

On April 8, DragStar returns with its fierce eliminations round. Hosted by Miami Pink and judged by Andréia Andrews and others, the contest showcases the best drag talent in Rio.

Bea honors women of samba

On April 9, Bea performs “Bea Canta as Grandes Mulheres do Samba”, celebrating voices such as Alcione, Dona Ivone Lara, and Elza Soares. Each act highlights the strength and poetry of female samba legends.

Cida Moreira sings Angela Ro Ro

On April 10 and 11, Cida Moreira closes the festival with “Me acalmo danando – The music of Angela Ro Ro”, a heartfelt piano-and-voice tribute to her friend and Brazilian music icon.
