Ibirapuera Park unveils São Paulo’s largest Christmas event with free attractions, a 57-meter tree, Natura’s Santa House and new character Bira.
The traditional Ibirapuera Park Christmas, considered São Paulo’s largest holiday event, begins on November 29. Managed by Urbia, the park becomes one of Brazil’s main Christmas attractions.
The opening night starts at 7:30 pm with the arrival of Santa Claus at the Natura Christmas Village. The official lighting of the Keeta Christmas Tree follows.
After the lighting, the multimedia lake show begins, starring the new character Bira. The night ends with a performance by the Furious Orchestra of the Ibirapuera Music School.
According to Samuel Lloyd, Commercial Director at Urbia, the goal is to expand the public experience. More than 3 million visitors are expected by December 25.
A grand tree and a new immersive experience
The Ibirapuera Christmas Tree stands 57 meters tall, with a 18.5-meter diameter and over 330,000 LEDs. Sponsored by Keeta, it features a renewed internal immersive walk.
The experience combines lights, sounds and textures. The sensory journey is inspired by Keeta’s new delivery platform in Brazil.
Rodrigo Farah, Keeta’s marketing director, highlights this as the brand’s first Christmas in Brazil.
Natura Christmas Village: Santa’s House
The Natura Christmas Village will be located in the Enchanted Grove and will serve as Santa’s official house. Families can visit on weekends and on December 25.
Natura presents gift selections from Essencial, Kaiak, Luna, Ekos, Tododia, Natura Homem, Mamãe e Bebê and Naturé.
Bira comes to life in the lake show
The new character Bira is a fictional opossum created by Urbia. It symbolizes perseverance and environmental preservation.
