From March 5–8, Ilha Plaza Shopping celebrates Women’s Day with music, wine tastings, beauty sessions, and empowerment talks.
The 3rd edition of Sextou Delas brings a vibrant celebration focused on women. The event includes wellness experiences, cultural discussions, and exclusive activities designed to honor female energy and community.
Papo Delas kickstarts the event
On Thursday (Mar 5), the Papo Delas talk series discusses beauty, women’s rights, entrepreneurship, and sexuality. Speakers include Isabella Handem, Dr. Elaine Nazareth, Dr. Isabella Pereira, Elis Castelo, and Dr. Cristiane Soares. Talks take place on floor L3, near Garage.
Live music and wine experiences
Friday (Mar 6) features live music at the main square (6–9 p.m.), massage sessions, photos at Estúdio Márcia Lima, and an exclusive Sommelier Experience with two wine tastings (6 p.m. and 8 p.m.). Registration is required via the shopping app or WhatsApp (21 98005-0693).
Weekend fitness and relaxation
Saturday (Mar 7) includes functional training, HIIT, mobility, and step classes with Brave and Ilha Point gyms, plus free beer service and beauty treatments. Sunday (Mar 8) wraps up with an open-air yoga class on the terrace followed by drinks and DJ sets.
