Immersive show LUMINISCENCE – Lights of São Paulo debuts at Sé Cathedral in 2026 with projections, live orchestra and choir.
São Paulo, December 3, 2025 – After enchanting one million people around the world, the immersive spectacle LUMINISCENCE – Lights of São Paulo arrives in Brazil in January 2026, taking over the iconic Sé Cathedral in downtown São Paulo for the first time.
The new show is part of Endemol Shine Brasil’s ongoing expansion in the live entertainment and immersive experiences segment.
The attraction is a sensory experience that combines light projections and a symphonic soundtrack, featuring a live orchestra and choir, turning historic monuments into true stages for art.
The waiting list opened on December 2, 2025, with presales starting on December 8.
General ticket sales begin on December 9 on the Fever website, and the first performance open to the public takes place on January 16, 2026.
“LUMINISCENCE – Lights of São Paulo” reinforces Endemol Shine Brasil’s commitment to 360° entertainment, going beyond the screen to connect and engage audiences through different formats and experiences.
Created by LOTCHI (a Banijay Live company) in France and now an international cultural phenomenon, LUMINISCENCE has been staged in cathedrals and basilicas across France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and the United States.
The choice of Sé Cathedral in São Paulo as the Brazilian venue underscores the project’s aim to unite art, technology and history in a unique experience.
As one of the city’s most iconic landmarks, the cathedral gains new life as it becomes the setting for light, music and emotion, creating a dialogue between heritage and innovation.
The show has already captivated Europe with 19 different LUMINISCENCE productions, each running for several months in major cities such as Paris, Nice, Münster, Barcelona, Delft and Brussels.
With original musical arrangements, three-dimensional projections that interact with the architecture and a live choir, the production delivers full immersion in sound, light and memory.
The audience is invited on a journey in which light becomes language and space emerges as the main character.

The performances will take place in January and February, from Thursday to Sunday, with two daily sessions and capacity for 676 people in each session.
