The openings span four education levels — elementary, middle school, high school, and higher education. Areas covered include ballet, orchestra, choir, as well as administrative and operational departments, reflecting the theatre’s commitment to strengthening its artistic, technical, and administrative teams.

- 27 spots for ballet dancers — 17 for women and 10 for men
- 24 spots for instrumentalists, distributed by instrument
- 18 spots for choir singers, organized by voice section
- 13 spots for theatrical production assistants

Selection process
The selection format varies by role. Candidates for middle-school level positions will take an objective exam with 80 questions covering general and specific knowledge.
Roles such as administrative assistant, theatrical production technician, and higher-education level positions will require both an objective exam and an essay. Certain roles — including safety assistants and theatrical area assistants — will also require a practical test.
For artistic positions in ballet, orchestra, and choir, the selection will consist exclusively of practical auditions.
