Visual artist and photographer Sandra Gonçalves invites visitors to join the “Meet the Artist” sessions on February 3 and 28 and March 14, all starting at 3:30 p.m. The events are part of her exhibition “Weavings of Farewell”, curated by Letícia Lau, currently on view at Centro Cultural Correios RJ.
The show offers a poetic journey through the complexities of life and death, exploring impermanence and the passage of time. Each piece intertwines personal photographs and digital fragments, forming hybrid compositions that evoke memory and introspection. Viewers are invited to immerse themselves in a narrative woven from loss and transformation.
