Leblon Shopping unveiled its latest Artwall edition on January 13. The piece Quanton, by Franco-Brazilian artist Romain Dumesnil, offers dynamic visual immersions.

Curator Christiane Laclau of Artmotiv notes this fusion. Quanton evokes ambiguous landscapes, from lush vegetation to dryness. It tackles fragility, recomposition, and coexistence through ongoing experimentation.
Individual gestures feed into a collective, ever-changing dynamic. Thus, it bridges contemporary art and urban spaces.

Quanton fosters a sensitive dialogue of color, time, and participation, inviting visitors to engage art actively in daily life.
Born in France and based in Brazil, Romain Dumesnil trained at Parque Lage’s Visual Arts School. He co-founded Rio’s Átomos space. His work has shown in Brazil and abroad. In 2021, he topped Jeune Création awards, leading to a permanent public piece in France starting 2026.
