Ullisses Campbell joins Brazil’s first True Crime Club, an interactive experience already uniting over one thousand real crime fans.
The fascination with true crime stories keeps growing in Brazil. From podcasts to streaming hits, audiences now want to go beyond watching — they want to take part. To meet this demand, Happy Store launched the country’s first True Crime Club, a subscription experience that turns fans into investigators. The project features journalist and screenwriter Ullisses Campbell, acclaimed for his investigative works like *Tremembé – O Presídio dos Famosos*.
Just weeks after its debut, the club surpassed one thousand members, who received the first thematic box this month. Each box includes collectible items, stationery, home decor, clothing, and even a book by Campbell. Throughout 2026, subscribers will receive monthly clues leading to a crime-solving event at year’s end.
“Real crimes that shock society trigger curiosity, and the True Crime Club adds action and mystery to that fascination,” says Ullisses Campbell.
Other big names like Beto Ribeiro and forensic expert Rosangela Monteiro are also involved, giving the club a strong investigative backbone. This immersive idea lets fans move from passive spectators to active participants — something entirely new for the Brazilian market.
After the success of *Tremembé* on Prime Video, Campbell celebrates this next step for the genre: “Now it’s not just about reading or listening — it’s about being part of the story,” he says.
