On March 28 and April 4, Ilha Plaza Shopping hosts free kids’ activities including a Mini Chefs cooking workshop and an Easter chocolate hunt.
Ilha Plaza Shopping is bringing Easter to life with two Saturdays of free, family-friendly entertainment. The Páscoa Divertida (Fun Easter) event is set on the L3 floor and packed with creative and culinary fun for children of all ages in the Ilha do Governador neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro.
Little chefs in the kitchen
The centerpiece of the event is the Mini Chefs de Páscoa Workshop, offered at 3 PM, 4 PM, and 5 PM. Children get hands-on with Easter-themed recipes in a fun, guided cooking class. Spots are limited — register via WhatsApp at (21) 98005-0693.
The afternoon kicks off at 2 PM with Children’s Painting, redeemed through the shopping center’s official app. The day wraps up from 6 PM to 10 PM with the beloved Chocolate Hunt — participants redeem a coupon on the app and set off to find their Easter treats.

A specially designed Easter-themed photo space will be available throughout the event. Every visitor receives one free photo taken by Estúdio Fotográfico Marcia Lima, with the option to purchase additional shots on the spot.
