Blending flavor and convenience, Ghee Banqueteria launches an exclusive Easter menu available for pre-order until March 30, 2026.
To celebrate Easter with tradition and refinement, Ghee Banqueteria, led by Oghan Teixeira and chef Paulo Neves, presents a curated menu featuring fish, seafood, meats, and creative desserts that blend classic flavors with modern presentation.
Highlights include the Easter Labneh with olives and pecan nuts in herb oil, alongside appetizers like Cod and shrimp tartlets and Smoked salmon rolls with dill cream. Salads such as Chickpea and cod with edamame and special Easter coleslaw add freshness to the spread.
The star ingredient, cod, appears in dishes like Baked cod loin with potatoes and olives and the creamy Cod brandade with cassava sticks. Other highlights include Salmon Koulibiac, Octopus rice, and the Roast beef stuffed with mushrooms and gruyère. A vegetarian option, Eggplant stuffed with lentils and spices, completes the menu.
For pasta lovers, the chef offers Ricotta and spinach conchiglioni and Mushroom ravioli in rôti sauce. Side dishes feature Easter rice with pecans and Creamy cassava purée with Parma ham.
Desserts include the Classic Carrot Cake, Strawberry Tiramisù, and a decadent Belgian chocolate mousse tart with caramel, perfect for ending the celebration sweetly.
Orders must be placed by March 30, with delivery or pickup options in São Paulo. Payments are made in advance via bank transfer or credit card, and all dishes come with a QR Code for heating and serving instructions.
