Noir Chocolates teams up with pastry chef Lucas Corazza for a luxurious Easter egg with caramel, hazelnuts, and gold leaf.
The Noir Chocolates and Lucas Corazza collaboration celebrates Easter 2026 with a fine confection that merges precision and creativity. The dark chocolate egg features caramel filling and hazelnut-spice brittle, crowned with delicate gold leaves—a true premium experience for chocolate lovers.
“Caramel and chocolate are timeless. We brought the nostalgic flavor in two textures, pairing it with hazelnuts and a milk-dark blend for depth and harmony,” explains Corazza, known for his meticulous technique and his role on GNT’s Que Seja Doce.
According to Carolina Neugebauer, CEO of Noir, the collab enhances Brazilian haute pâtisserie. “Having Lucas with us is about merging technique, sensitivity, and excellence. This product expresses our belief that chocolate is a gastronomic experience,” she says.
