Ambev has launched the Brasilidades 2026 Call for Projects with a record investment of R$67 million in creative economy initiatives throughout Brazil. The program’s main focus is on strengthening gastronomic routes, bars and open-air experiences as key expressions of Brazilian culture and identity.

The initiative will fund festivals, fairs, culinary events and projects that celebrate local flavors and traditions. It also aims to support music, dance, film and regional festivals that highlight the country’s cultural diversity and creative potential.

“Gastronomy and bars are at the heart of how Brazil celebrates and connects. By supporting culinary circuits and outdoor events, we are investing in spaces where culture, food and beer create shared experiences,” says Leandro Mendonça, Ambev’s Director of Experiential and Sponsorship.

Supporting culture and sport

Beyond gastronomy, Brasilidades 2026 also promotes cultural and sports events in public spaces, reinforcing their role as accessible platforms for creativity and community life. Operated through state incentive laws for culture and sports, the program expands opportunities for regional producers, strengthens local value chains and stimulates economic growth in creative sectors.

“More than financial support, we want this program to be a gateway for thousands of Brazilians to turn their love for the country into lasting legacy. It’s about empowering local talent and ensuring that Brazil’s cultural wealth remains alive and accessible,” adds Mendonça.
