Days before Baile da Vogue 2026, credential pickup drew crowds in São Paulo and Rio, putting “Carnavália” at the heart of Carnival fashion talk
From February 4 to 7, picking up credentials became a warm-up worthy of the Ball itself, held this past Saturday (Feb. 7) at Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro.
Baile da Vogue 2026 and the “Carnavália” theme
In its sixth year in Rio, Baile da Vogue leans into “Carnavália: the fashion-forward opening act of the revelry,” framing Carnival as a visual and sonic sourcebook with an immersive approach.
The night is designed as a passage through shifting atmospheres, with sets and visual storytelling that evolve over time and invite guests to move, look closely, and catch references in layers.
Where credential pickup happened
In São Paulo, credentials were collected at Paula Torres. In Rio, pickup took place at Bacio di Latte Arpoador, setting the tone before guests headed to Copacabana Palace.
