Free event on November 15–16 features vintage cars, concerts, food court and local market at the city’s Centreventos.
Balneário Piçarras, on the north coast of Santa Catarina, will host the 1st Classic Car Meeting – Rota dos Antigos on November 15 and 16 at the Centreventos. With free admission and the donation of 1 kg of non-perishable food, the event will showcase collectible cars valued at over R$ 100,000, including iconic models from the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s, as well as vintage military vehicles.
Schedule and attractions
Organized by the Tourism Chamber of the CDL of Balneário Piçarras, with support from the City Hall and the Municipal Department of Tourism and Economic Development, the event is sponsored by Unetvale, one of Santa Catarina’s leading internet providers. It runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with all food donations benefiting APAE.
Visitors will see classic vehicles such as Mercedes C280 1994, Dodge Dart 1971, C14 1975, Opala SS 1971, Opala Coupé 1983, Lada Niva 1991, and DKW Belcar, along with vintage military models. The event also includes a concert by Banda Voltz, a craft fair, a flea market, a food court, and a kids’ area with inflatable attractions and recreational activities.
