The final Provence Brunch lands on March 22 at Copacabana Palace, pairing French flavors at Pérgula with Whispering Angel rosé.
The third annual Provence Brunch is heading into its final stop at Copacabana Palace, A Belmond Hotel. Since last November, the hotel’s Pérgula restaurant has hosted the experience, bringing French culture to the table through fine dining and a partnership with Whispering Angel, the rosé from Château d’Esclans.
This Sunday, March 22, marks the season finale. It is the last chance to enjoy the summer brunch series that paired signature dishes with one of Provence’s best-known rosé labels in one of Rio’s most iconic hotel settings.
Whispering Angel takes center stage
Whispering Angel stands at the heart of the experience. The wine is known for its light, elegant style, with a refreshing palate, red fruit notes and delicate floral hints. As a result, it has built a strong international following and remains the best-selling rosé from Provence.
How the Provence rosé is made
The wine is made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle, grown near the Esclans Valley and the Côtes de Provence area. To protect the fruit, harvesting begins at night. The grapes then go through strict selection and gentle pressing before fermenting in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures.
The process also includes bâtonnage twice a week. Finally, the wine is carefully chilled to preserve its brightness and signature aromas. That production style helps define the fresh and refined profile that made Whispering Angel a global reference in rosé.
