Daniel Mafra and Ivan Wiese marked their 10-year union with a celebration set against some of Italy’s most recognizable coastal landscapes, bringing together close friends and family for an intimate destination gathering.
The couple renewed their vows on June 5 and 6, hosting around 60 guests from Brazil and Europe across two locations: the Amalfi Coast and the island of Capri.
From coastal dinner to sea ceremony
The celebration began with a welcome dinner at Torre La Cerniola, a historic seaside structure known for its panoramic views over the Mediterranean. The setting introduced the tone of the event, blending heritage and landscape.
The main ceremony took place the following day in Capri, aboard the sailboat Tortuga. Guests witnessed the vow renewal at sea, framed by the Faraglioni di Capri, one of the region’s most iconic natural landmarks.
An intimate, curated experience
Designed as a close gathering, the event focused on shared moments and atmosphere. Italian cuisine, live music and the surrounding scenery shaped the experience across the two days.
Planning and coordination were handled by Amalfeeling Events, a company specialized in celebrations along the Amalfi Coast, ensuring continuity between each stage of the program.
Guests and style choices
Among the attendees were Celina Locks, Ju Ferraz, Carol Sampaio and Bruna Boechat, who joined the couple throughout the celebrations.
For the occasion, Daniel Mafra and Ivan Wiese wore exclusive designs by Brazilian designer Carlos Casagrande, reinforcing the significance of the milestone.
