Brazil’s largest food service distributor brought a specialized protein portfolio to the Mania de Churrasco 2026 Convention, drawing 900 attendees in São Paulo.

Delly’s Food Service, Brazil’s leading food service distributor, reinforced its strategic partnerships at the Mania de Churrasco 2026 Convention, held on March 11 at Espaço Unimed in São Paulo. The event brought together around 900 participants, including employees, franchisees, operations teams, administrative staff, and network partners.

Building Relationships on the Ground

For Delly’s, the convention was more than a branding opportunity. The company used the event to listen directly to those running daily operations and to present practical solutions for the restaurant network.

A Portfolio Built for Food Service

One of Delly’s key highlights at the event was its portioned protein portfolio, produced at the Hortolândia facility and tailored specifically for the food service segment. The company currently supplies the network with seven cuts designed for quality, yield, and ease of preparation:

Flank steak (bife do vazio), picanha, chorizo, ribeye, Chicken breast fillet, Jr. chicken breast fillet, and pork tenderloin.

Convention Theme and Star Speaker

This year’s convention centered on the theme “Mania de tratar bem” (A Passion for Treating People Well), with discussions on service culture, customer relationships, and experience excellence. A standout moment was the keynote by former Brazilian national team captain and five-time World Cup champion Cafu, who shared insights on leadership, teamwork, and the discipline required to achieve top-level results.
