Free massages, quick health checks and functional juices hit ParkShoppingCampoGrande Jan 15–17 from 4pm, with spots filled on a first-come basis.
School break gets a wellness twist as Senac RJ teams up with ParkShoppingCampoGrande for a series of free summer workshops. The activities run from January 15 to 17, starting at 4pm each day, at the Espaço Senac on Level L2 of the mall in Campo Grande.
Sign-ups happen on site, and entry is handled in arrival order. Attendance depends on capacity, so visitors are encouraged to show up early.
What’s on: spa, scents and juices
The schedule begins on Thursday (Jan 15) with the Summer Spa Express. Visitors can enjoy relaxing massages—facial and shoulder options—plus a quick check-up with blood pressure, glucose and oxygen saturation measurements. Hydration guidance is also part of the session, matching the season’s heat.
On Friday (Jan 16), the focus shifts to fragrance. At Bar de Aromas – Build Your Spray, attendees can customize a scent and take home a mini bottle made during the workshop.
Saturday (Jan 17) wraps up with Functional Juices, a class featuring creative recipes followed by a tasting. The idea is to share practical combinations for refreshing, nutrient-forward drinks.
