Grupo Levels celebrates Christmas and New Year at Lagoa with live music, Saideira BBQ, extended Caza Lagoa hours and Quintal do Rio’s New Year’s Eve party.
December brings a fresh atmosphere to Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas.
More than a series of events and extended opening hours, the month marks a new chapter in how the area is being used with purpose, leisure and accessible experiences.
The first major highlight takes place on December 6, the official inauguration date of Lagoa’s traditional Christmas Tree.
To celebrate, BBQ Lagoa hosts a special night with live music from 7 p.m. and free admission.
The idea is to offer an open invitation for the public to experience Lagoa in a light and vibrant way.
Leading this movement is Grupo Levels, a Rio-based creative hub that, for nearly a decade, has connected culture, gastronomy, entertainment and lifestyle.

Saideira BBQ and high-season nightlife
At BBQ Lagoa, evenings gain a special boost for the high season.
On Fridays and Saturdays, following the intense summer rhythm, the venue launches the “Saideira BBQ” action.
A special late-night menu will be served, with opening hours extended until 5 a.m.
The proposal is to expand options for those who want to stretch the night on the Lagoa waterfront.
Caza Lagoa strengthens cultural programming
December also marks an important change at Caza Lagoa, which will now open from Wednesday to Sunday.
The extra days reinforce the possibilities for cultural and nightlife activities in the area.
Known for its musical curation and relaxed atmosphere, the venue further strengthens Lagoa’s vocation as a leisure and culture hub throughout the week.

New Year’s Eve at Quintal do Rio
Closing the month, the group produces the Quintal do Rio New Year’s Eve party, on Lagoa’s waterfront.
With ticket purchase, the celebration will host up to 400 people in a full-service format.
The event features premium open bar, open food and live music programming.
The integrated operation across different Lagoa venues reinforces the group’s expertise in designing complete experiences.
Lagoa’s revitalisation and projections
More than an intense schedule, December’s agenda symbolises a continuous movement to value the Lagoa area.
By integrating gastronomy, music and leisure, Grupo Levels positions itself as an active player in the region’s revitalisation.
The work helps restore the waterfront’s role as a vibrant space of community life, culture and well-being.
The partners expect to close 2025 with revenue close to R$ 30 million, a 20% increase compared to 2024.
