Natal do Bem 2025 in Goiânia surpasses 1 million visitors and gains national and international recognition.
The 2025 Natal do Bem has reached one million visitors at the Oscar Niemeyer Cultural Center (CCON) in Goiânia. Organized by the Goiás State Government, through the Organization of Goiás Volunteers (OVG) and Goiás Social, the event reaffirms its position as the largest free Christmas celebration in Brazil and a national and international showcase of the state’s social initiatives.
By December 21, more than 1,050,000 visitors had joined, with expectations to exceed last year’s 1.5 million. The high attendance of families, children, and elderly visitors shows how the event has become part of Goiás’s cultural tradition.
“When we see the space full, with families walking together, children amazed and people touched, we know the purpose is being fulfilled. Natal do Bem exists to bring joy and create lasting memories,” said Gracinha Caiado, Honorary President of OVG and Coordinator of Goiás Social.
This year’s edition gained attention on national TV shows like Mais Você, hosted by Ana Maria Braga, and Jornal Hoje, broadcast by TV Globo. Through EBC International, the event will also be featured abroad, extending its global reach.
Spanning over 30,000 square meters, Natal do Bem includes 3 million lights, unique decorations, 3D sculptures, an immersive LED tunnel, themed villages, and over 300 performances. The venue offers 12,000 free parking spaces, public transport access, medical support, and security provided by the Military Police and Fire Department.
“Every detail of Natal do Bem is planned to ensure comfort, safety, and a positive experience. Reaching one million visitors before Christmas week shows we are on the right path,” said Adryanna Caiado, OVG’s General Director.
Visitors highlighted the event’s organization, free access, and social impact. Ride-share driver João Batista de Oliveira praised the family-friendly environment. Teacher Ana Paula Moreira admired the event’s scale, and retiree Sebastião Rodrigues da Silva celebrated its inclusive approach.
Since 2019, Natal do Bem has continuously grown—from 90,000 visitors at the Praça Cívica to 1 million in 2023 and 1.5 million in 2024. In 2025, it reaffirms its role in promoting light, culture, and solidarity.
On Christmas Eve (December 24), the event will run on special hours, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., allowing families to celebrate together.
