Turning up the pre-Carnival heat, O Kannalha brings his Ensaio do Maridão to Praça das Artes – Neguinho do Samba, in Salvador’s Historic Center, on January 15 and 29, starting at 7 p.m. The singer kicks off the city’s official summer rehearsal circuit with special guests and a setlist full of surprises for fans.
Spicing up the summer in Pelô, O Kannalha promises two nights of intense dancing, swing and warm-up vibes ahead of Carnival. The Ensaio do Maridão format is designed as a big street party, with a long show, interaction with the crowd and plenty of room for improvisation on stage.
Hits-filled set and signature “molho”
With his trademark “batedeira” groove and unmistakable “molho”, O Kannalha has prepared a setlist packed with tracks that topped the charts in 2025. The night will feature viral songs and choreographies, including “Nego Doce”, “Fraquinha”, “Final de Semana na Favela”, “Calado Vence 777”, “Traficante de Desejos” and the current sensation, “O Baiano tem o Molho”.
The summer rehearsals strengthen the artist’s bond with his audience, especially the “maridonas” who follow each new release on social media.
